1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user", or "customer") and AutogrowMedia ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your access to and use of our website and services.

By clicking "Get Started", completing a purchase, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and purchasers of AutogrowMedia products and services.

2 Who Can Use Our Services

To use our services, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Reside in a jurisdiction where our services are legally permitted
• Provide accurate and complete information during purchase
• Not be barred from receiving services under any applicable law

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements.

3 Our Products & Services

3.1 What You're Buying

AutogrowMedia sells a digital product package that includes:

• A social media automation system (templates, tools, and frameworks)
• Step-by-step setup guides and video tutorials
• Personal coaching via WhatsApp from our team
• Access to all current and future updates to the package
• Lifetime technical support from our team

3.2 Delivery

All products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the package within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email. No physical product will be shipped.

3.3 Access

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the materials for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share access to our materials with others.

4 Payments & Pricing

4.1 Pricing

Our current pricing is ₹999 for the complete automation package (discounted from ₹2,999). All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Promotional prices (including flash sale pricing) are available only during the specified promotional period and may change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other methods supported by Cashfree.

We do not store your payment card details. All payment data is handled directly by Cashfree under their own security standards.

4.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails but you believe your bank account has been debited, please wait 5–7 business days for the amount to be refunded to your account automatically by your bank. If the issue persists, contact us at support@autogrowmedia.in with your transaction details.

4.4 Taxes

Our pricing includes applicable Indian GST where required. You are responsible for any additional taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

5 Refund & Guarantee Policy

5.1 How to Claim a Refund

To claim a refund under our guarantee, you must:

• Request the refund within 90 days of your purchase date
• Demonstrate that you followed the system (provide evidence of implementation)
• Share screenshots of your social media accounts showing you implemented the steps
• Contact us at support@autogrowmedia.in with subject: "Refund Request"

5.2 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any fraudulent activity or scam operations
• Resell, redistribute, or share our materials with third parties
• Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works from our materials

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access without refund and potential legal action.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our products — including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, templates, strategies, code, logos, and brand elements — is owned by or licensed to AutogrowMedia and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials. You do not acquire ownership of any intellectual property through your purchase.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce any of our materials for redistribution
• Claim authorship of our materials
• Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks without written permission
• Create or sell competing products based on our materials

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• AutogrowMedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for our product (₹999)
• We are not liable for any loss of income, revenue, profits, or business opportunities resulting from your use of our materials
• We are not responsible for any third-party platform (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) changing their policies or suspending your account

10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be:

• First addressed through good-faith negotiation (contact support@autogrowmedia.in)
• If unresolved within 30 days, subject to mediation or arbitration
• Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India

You waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• We believe your conduct may harm us, other users, or third parties
• Required to do so by law or legal authority

Upon termination for violation of Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund. If we terminate for other reasons not caused by you, we will provide a pro-rated refund at our discretion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Notify existing customers via email where feasible

Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the new Terms, you must stop using our services.
